All dogs will:
- Be at least 8 weeks of age.
- Had at least 2 Parvo shots, and 10 days since the last shot.
- Have had all shots they are qualified for.
All of our Puppy vendors are breeders that we have dealt with many times in the past.
We do a very thorough background check on everyone who applies to sell puppies at our shows.
There cannot be any doubt in our minds that each and every breeder attending our shows loves
animals and constantly provides for the care and well being of Not only their puppies but
their breeder animals as well.
Note: All information in the following lines 1- 12 is intended to be rules for the
puppy venders to view and follow, in order to maintain good standing with the promoter
and to qualify to participate in his shows. This criteria is not intended to be a contract
or warranty with any person who chooses to attend our shows.
All sales and warranties are strictly between the buyer and seller. Morning Star Expositions
and W.D. Brown are not a party to those agreements. Each puppy that is offered for sale at our
shows must meet certain minimum requirements.
- All puppies must be weaned and eating on their own.
- All puppies must have had all shot immunization, that they are old enough to have.
- All puppies must have been treated for parasites, both internal and external.
- All puppies must have a current health certificate.
- The breeder must furnish complete information regarding shot immunization, and
worming history for each puppy sold to the buyer.
- Each vendor must furnish a written contract stating the terms and conditions of the
puppy sale, and health warranty. Note: The terms of sale and warranty, will vary from
vendor to vendor. Buyer beware.
- If a puppy is sold as being registered, it must have adequate documentation to support that claim.
- All puppies must be on treatment, to help the deal with the stress of being transported and handled
- All puppy vendors are required to have and supply hand sanitizer to anyone wishing to use it.
- All puppy vendors are required to have and keep their puppies clean
- All puppies must be displayed in pens or cages approved by the promoter and have adequate bedding
- All puppy waste must be removed and cleaned regularly, to prevent odor and fouling of the puppies
